Ambassador program extends to second UW campus
The WBA campus ambassador program is expanding to a second campus after its pilot year at UW-Oshkosh. Two students at UW-Whitewater will serve as WBA ambassadors starting in the fall semester. A central Wisconsin television station collected more than 2,000 coats, boots, scarves and hats during its inaugural Warm Up Wisconsin campaign. Engineer marks 30 years at stations
An engineer who has been with a pair of TV stations since their inception in 1986 is marking 30 years. Jay G. Matthews is the Assistant Chief Engineer at WLAX-WEUX TV in La Crosse/Chippewa Falls-Eau Claire.
