The Wisconsin Broadcasters Association has launched a new app to serve its members throughout Wisconsin.
The app currently has two sections: “WBA 365” for year-round, all-member use and “Broadcasters Clinic,” which is meant for those attending the event at the Madison Marriott West on Oct. 10-12.
In the 365 app, members will enjoy the following features:
–Push alerts for timely WBA headlines and information
–Calendar of WBA events
–A directory of stations and members
–A feed of all recent job postings
–Photos from recent WBA happenings
The launch comes just in time for the Broadcasters Clinic which will demonstrate the app’s usefulness at WBA events. In the Broadcasters Clinic section, users will be able to find:
–Key event information, schedules, and reminders
–Information about speakers and exhibitors
–Maps of the hotel and exhibitors floor
–A list of attendees
–Easy to fill out evaluation surveys
The app is only for members and event attendees. If you are registered to attend the Broadcasters Clinic, you can login to the app with the email you registered with. If you’re a WBA member, login with your email address. All users will be prompted to set up a password, but users will not have to login after your first time opening the app.
