Help the American Red Cross in the Hurricane Matthew Response

Hurricane Matthew created a path of destruction from the Caribbean up through Virginia and the Red Cross is responding with a multi-faceted effort. As of today, 100% of Red Cross Wisconsin’s local Emergency Response Vehicles are outside the state, carrying food, water, cots and clean-up materials in Florida, North and South Carolina. The Wisconsin Region is also leading the Midwest in deployments. 60+ people have donated their time and talents for up-to three weeks to help complete strangers in their darkest hours.  All disaster services are free to people in need.  The Wisconsin Broadcasters Association encourages our member stations to help the response by airing Red Cross PSAs and news content whenever possible.  Pre-recorded radio and television spots can be accessed online:
