Audience behavior has changed since the COVID-19 pandemic arrived and Jacobs Media is sharing insights about how those behaviors are changing for radio listeners.

In a webinar for WBA members, jācapps, in partnership with Jacobs Media, dug into the information of Techsurvey 2020, the radio industry’s largest online survey. They shared new findings relating to mobile apps, in-car listening via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and smart speakers.
