Former Milwaukee TV anchor dies

In the News People

Former WITI-TV news anchor John Drilling died Sunday morning at his home in Greendale.

Drilling worked for the station for 31 years, anchoring the noon broadcast for many of those years.

He was passionate about auto racing, the Milwaukee Brewers and, of course, his family.

He was 86.

The station shared this video from when Drilling retired in 1998.
