Position Description and Responsibilities: Clear Channel Radio-Madison is in search of a Afternoon Air Talent for its legendary Classic Rock station,101.5 WIBA FM. The job can also include web content responsibilities along with the afternoon drive air shift,a weekend voice tracked shift, promotional appearances and some commercial production voice work.WIBA FM is part of the market leading six-station cluster in one of America’s best cities! Duties to include but not limited to: This position will be responsible for performing on-air duties for music shiftfor WIBA-FM. Must be able to relate to station’s target audience, possess the ability to be concise, andinform/entertain in a manner consistent with current on-air sound. Selector and/or NexGen (or other computerautomation system) helpful but not mandatory. Responsible for daily updates of the websites, socialnetworking, and educating station personnel on best practices. Must have experience maintaining largescalesites with knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Flash, and Windows. Ability to write skillfully is critical. Videoediting and print experience a plus. Qualifications and How to Apply: Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience;knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations; ability to be flexible and work under short deadlines; ability toperform as on-air announcer; must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record and able to drivelarge station vehicles.
