This session will show how a station goes from launch, to growth and
then maturity. At that point a station comes to a crossroads of either
evolving into a bigger brand or dissolving to the point where they have
to re-launch. We talk about what to look for and the solutions to
“dissolving”.

a part of the WBA Winter Convention. The Winter Convention will be held
January 23-24, 2008 at the Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison.
Please note that this year, your WBA will host the State Legislative Day
in the afternoon and we would love to have you join us. |
