Tournament fee of $78. Fee includes: greens fee, cart and prizes.
To register, complete mail in form - MUST include payment make check

Anyone signing up after May 27 will not be guaranteed a tee time.

- Team Arrangements: Play-your-own-ball foursome.
- Spouse/Guests: Your spouse or guest is welcomed to play. Please
include their handicap.
- Tee Times: There will be a shotgun start at 8 a.m.
- Handicapping: On the golf registration form please include your
USGA or club handicap. If you don’t have an established handicap,
please give your best estimate.The maximum handicap is 36 for men and 40 for women.
