Disclosure Statement
The disclosure statement is aimed at typical TV advertising practices.
The section on advertising practices may have to be modified based on
the way that the station using the disclosure actually sells
advertising. In general, the station should carefully review each
sentence and paragraph in the disclosure to make sure it reflects what
the station actually does (for example, selling political ads on
election day). It must be modified as appropriate.
