Key activities
Report directly to General Sales Manager
Innovative thinker to lead, motivate, and direct our local sales team
Train and develop local account managers
Create and implement NTR and digital sales projects
Create and maintain strong customer relationships, in-field training with the team, create marketing materials, and drive the stations to budget
Perform other duties as needed or as directed by sales management

Education & Experience/Certifications
Four-year college degree in Communications or related field preferred
3-5 years of broadcast sales or equivalent experience
Management experience strongly preferred
Digital sales experience preferred
A love of Country Music is a big plus!

Work environment
Driving required. Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and ability to provide proof of insurability with company required insurance limits.
